Stradivarius at the Accademia Gallery in Florence
The museum of musical instruments in the Accademia Gallery is not very large.However, it still has the merit of possessing a lovely tenor viola called Medici and a cello, made in Cremona in 1690 by Antonio Stradivarius for the Medici quintet of Grand Duke Ferdinand de Medici.
